Custom Production - Christchurch Factory

At our Christchurch factory, we have a specialised team who produce a range of textile-based product lines, as well as custom orders.

Our custom order service is available for both small-scale and large-scale production of products for babies and children, and for one-time and ongoing requirements . We have a wide range of satisfied customers who have used our services, including preschools, hospitals, businesses, and charitable organisations.

The following list details several products we can make:

Mattresses – size options include bassinet, cot, and porta cot; material options include foam, latex, wool, and bonded wool (foam only for cot size)
Sheets – fitted and non-fitted sheet sets; material options include cotton, flannelette, and polar fleece
Waterproof aprons – long sleeve and no sleeve; size options focused on toddler and children
Waterproof mattress covers
Pillowcases
Bedding bags
Tablecloths
Outdoor table covers (i.e. carpentry table covers)
Large foam climbing blocks – steps, ramp, blocks etc.

Name of your company/organisation
Date by which the product is required (if applicable)
Nature of your order – whether it is a one-time requirement or an ongoing one
Any photos you think might help demonstrate the product you need

If you would like testing reports on the foam we use please also let us know so we can supply this for you if needed.
The foam used is infused with Ultra-Fresh, a proven anti-microbial compound to control the growth of mould, mildew and bacteria to reduce dusty mite's ability to survive.
