Custom Production - Christchurch Factory
At our Christchurch factory, we have a specialised team who produce a range of textile-based product lines, as well as custom orders.
Our custom order service is available for both small-scale and large-scale production of products for babies and children, and for one-time and ongoing requirements . We have a wide range of satisfied customers who have used our services, including preschools, hospitals, businesses, and charitable organisations.
The following list details several products we can make:
- Mattresses – size options include bassinet, cot, and porta cot; material options include foam, latex, wool, and bonded wool (foam only for cot size)
- Sheets – fitted and non-fitted sheet sets; material options include cotton, flannelette, and polar fleece
- Waterproof aprons – long sleeve and no sleeve; size options focused on toddler and children
- Waterproof mattress covers
- Pillowcases
- Bedding bags
- Tablecloths
- Outdoor table covers (i.e. carpentry table covers)
- Large foam climbing blocks – steps, ramp, blocks etc.

- Description of the product(s) you require, including the material, dimensions, quantity, and any other relevant notes.
- Name of your company/organisation
- Date by which the product is required (if applicable)
- Nature of your order – whether it is a one-time requirement or an ongoing one
- Any photos you think might help demonstrate the product you need
